The Pavilion at Stow is actively recruiting an ADON / MDS Nurse (RN) to support the Director of Nursing and oversee MDS processes, care planning, and regulatory compliance on site in Stow, OH. This leadership position combines clinical operations with MDS coordination to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least two years of MDS experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in long-term care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, and long-term care regulations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ADON / MDS Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team. This dual-role position supports the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations while overseeing the MDS and care planning process to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily nursing department operations and staff supervision

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Coordinate MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care plans

• Lead care plan and Medicare/Utilization Review meetings

• Monitor resident care, assessments, and documentation accuracy

• Support QAPI and performance improvement initiatives

• Conduct nursing rounds and staff education as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practicing state
