The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the Health Services department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This role involves working closely with the Director of Nursing, Health Services, and the Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care, prioritizing residents' needs and fostering a person-centered, homelike environment.

Education, Experience, and/or Training:

  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

  • At least three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or related healthcare setting. Geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
