WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist in the planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions for the nursing department. You will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient operations. You will monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed. You will be responsible for on-call rotation.

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Four to ten years of experience in a leadership role in a Long Term Care setting, preferred

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)

Job Types: Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
