Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the establishment and implementation of standards of resident care.
• Oversee maintenance and accuracy of resident’s clinical records, reflecting current status and maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident’s cognitive and functional ability.
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting.
• Be a key nurse manager in infection control protocol maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: RN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Two years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with prior experience in the long-term care industry.
• License: Current RN licensure in the state employed, CPR certification.
• Strong desire to provide quality care to our residents.
• Detail Oriented.
