AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in clinical management, drive quality patient care, and help build a high-performing nursing team.

Texas-licensed nurses with CPR certification and supervisory experience are encouraged to apply. We welcome walk-ins daily and offer competitive compensation and benefits including 401k matching and family health coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection control practices.
• Strong team-building and leadership abilities.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
