Job summary

Bushwick Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role supports the Director of Nursing, oversees wound rounds, staff development, and daily staffing to ensure quality care for residents.

The ADON will participate in interviewing staff, maintain medical records, and coordinate nursing services across shifts. The position requires an active RN license and prior long-term care experience, with management and staff-education

Qualifications

• Current State RN license required.
• Min. 3 yrs. exp. in long-term care settings.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• 1-year staff education experience preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills required.
• Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision.
• Flexible hours required.

Responsibilities
