Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assist in managing daily clinical operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain high standards in resident services and care quality.
• Support staff training, development, and resident satisfaction programs.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement.

• Current Tennessee RN license.
• Certification in adult CPR.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred.
• Experience in LTC management with strong clinical evaluation skills.
• Minimum 2 years as an RN, with one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough understanding of state and federal long-term care regulations.
