Good Faith Pay Range:In accordance withVirginia law, the good-faithpay range for this position is$87,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, skills, and other legitimate business factors.

We are seeking a nursing leader who will assist in the administration, planning, implementation and evaluation of the ADN program. You will assist leading our ADN Nursing faculty as theyprovide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and provide academic tutoring support in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Education/Credentials

• Masters degree in Nursing from an institutional accredited school (either ACEN, CCNE, etc) of Nursing required
• Current license in the state of Virginia required

Experience

• Two years management experience preferred
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a nursing specialty setting preferred
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel off-site as required
