Assistant Director of Nursing (Finance)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare personnel.
2. Register Nurses will direct resident care, including making rounds to ensure continuity of care and documenting pertinent information regarding residents' conditions and behaviors.
3. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure overall resident care.

Qualifications:

• RN License is required.

Compensation:

Salary range: $36.96 - $47.08 per hour, based on skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
