Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY is seeking an RN for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role at our 104-bed facility.

The ADON will meet residents' medical needs, coordinate infection control, educate staff, supervise the nursing team, ensure timely medical records, and participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents.
• Coordinate infection control.
• Educate the staff.
• Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
• 24 hours on call.
• Coordinate and direct the total planning for nursing services.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff.
• Oversee daily staffing process.
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.

Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 104 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Russellville, a small community located in Western Kentucky known for its treasure trove of shops and good eats. We are currently seeking an RN for our Assistant Director of Nursing position!
