Diversicare of Oak Ridge, a Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC facility, is seeking an experienced RN to join as Assistant Director of Nursing. Lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and uphold regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

You'll oversee staffing, mentor staff, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional resident outcomes and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
