Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + On-Call Every Other Weekend

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the leadership team at a respected long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Brooklyn, NY as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is a full-time, on-site leadership position offering stability, strong compensation, and the opportunity to drive quality care outcomes for our residents.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and nursing staff performance
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, policies, and procedures
• Participate in audits, care planning, and resident assessments
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:

• Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) – Preferred
