Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick, MA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our 118-bed skilled nursing facility. The ADON will assist the DON in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering high quality resident care.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with MA licensure and at least three years of long-term care supervisory experience, and possesses strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN License in MA.
• Three years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relate to management, staff, residents and families; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Aid the Director of Nursing in planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation and direction of day-to-day nursing department functions.
• Ensure compliance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the facility.
• Collaborate with DON and leadership to maintain high quality resident care and staff performance.
