Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team in detox and residential care. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and QMAPS, manage medication protocols, and ensure safe, ethical clinical care aligned with our mission of sustainable sobriety.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has 3–5 years nursing experience in behavioral health, and 1–3 years of supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, with ability to practice (in Wisconsin).
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, ideally with substance use or behavioral health.
• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong communication with the ability to connect with clients and staff alike.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Bonus points for Utilization Review or EMR experience.

We’re looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team and help guide our clients safely through detox and early recovery.
