The Delaney Parkway Lakes in Texas is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health Services/LPN to support the Director of Healthcare Services in a fast-paced senior living setting. This role provides administrative, programmatic and special project support, including managing resident medical files and electronic health records.

You must hold a Texas LPN license, have scheduling experience, be on-call, and work full-time Tuesday through Saturday at a salary of $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Texas required.
• Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience in a physician’s office or clinical setting.
• Minimum one year working in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
• Scheduling experience and on-call availability required.

Responsabilités

• Create monthly DOHS calendar and perform audits as directed by DOHS.
• Ensure education is documented properly and coordinate training certificates retention.
• Set up appointments for DOHS and coordinate scheduling.
• Schedule candidate interviews and department orientation with DOHS.
• Serve as primary administrative support for the Director of Health Services and manage resident medical files.
• Maintain the Assisted Living & Memory Care policy and procedure manuals.

Position Summary

• Create monthly DOHS calendar with all required elements. Perform audits as directed by DOHS, and report audit results to DOHS and Executive Director.
• Ensure all education is documented properly. Coordinate with the Business Office Manager to ensure organized retention of training certificates.
• Set up appointments for DOHS.
• Coordinate and update staffing/schedule as directed by DOHS. Also schedule candidate interviews and department orientation with DOHS.
• Serve as primary administrative support person for the Director of Health Services. Create resident medical files and enter electronic health records information into system upon admission.
• Maintain the Assisted Living & Memory Care policy and procedure manuals

Experience & Education

• LPN-licensed in the State of Texas.
• Minimum one (1) year related experience as administrative assistant in a physician’s office or similar position supporting a clinical setting required.
• Minimum one (1) year working in assisted living or health care preferred.

Starting salary $70,000 per year
