Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 / year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build nutritious and top-quality food.
• Efficiently implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintain and champion excellent relationships with the client.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of dedicated associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support dining services ambitions.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of confirmed food service management experience.
• Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial management and understanding business dynamics.
• Proficient digital literacy with knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
