Job Summary

Summary: As an Assistant Director of Dining Services I, you will assist in managing the day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large volume location. You will lead a team of associates, develop talent, manage client relationships, oversee profitability, and support financial goals within your assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
2. Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
3. Maintain excellent client relationships.
4. Manage, train, and develop associates.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
2. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Financial acumen and business skills.
5. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
6. An associate's degree is preferred.
