Job Summary

Summary: As an Assistant Director of Dining Services II, you will assist with daily food service operations in a small to medium volume location. You will manage and lead a team, focusing on talent development, client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Manage, train, and develop associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and business skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate's degree preferred.
