Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, the Assistant Director of Annual Giving (ADAG) develops and executes the annual solicitation strategy in alignment with the university’s strategic priorities. The ADAG manages the comprehensive annual giving program, including direct mail, giving day, digital campaigns, giving webpages, employee campaign, and senior legacy society.
Responsibilities:
A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience. A valid driver’s license and good driving record. A successful background check is required.
Higher education fundraising and/or strong understanding of development process and comprehensive campaigns; working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge RE-NXT strongly desired.
A good driving record. Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility and proven effectiveness working with diverse groups of people and functional areas.
$48,726 – $59,689; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
