Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in development and management of Quality Improvement projects per Joint Commission, Infection Prevention, NYS DOH and other guidelines.
• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning and directing day-to-day outpatient nursing operations.
• Assist with hiring and monitoring nursing and support staff activities.
• Coordinate with CCNCs and providers on patient action plans for safe, timely care.
• Serve as clinical resource for CCNCs.

Works with the site and collaborative teams to continue improvement for staff development and practice in the assigned areas in collaboration with Montefiore Medical Group management.* Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the outpatient ambulatory care.* Assist to hire and monitor nursing staff and other support staff activities. Identifies with collaboration with CCNCs and providers patient action plan to ensure the safe and timely management of patients.
