Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience (residential preferred).
• Proven leadership, ability to deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors and conduct regular supervision sessions.
• Manage staff schedule and chart audits; ensure timely timesheets.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and treatment schedules.
• Review and co-sign supervisory and court-related correspondence.
• Maintain clinical caseload and document sessions clearly.
