The Assistant Director of Development plays an integral role in strengthening Mass General Brigham’s philanthropic program. Working in close collaboration with colleagues in Philanthropic Relations and across the department, the Assistant Director is focused on the qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of gifts below $250K, to build out the pipeline of high-level unrestricted support and future major gift donors. The Assistant Director will manage a portfolio of prospects and donors and meet annual fundraising and performance metrics as established by the department.

The target salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
