Santa Clara University is seeking an Assistant Director for Kids on Campus to oversee daily operations and support a quality early childhood program. This full-time, twelve-month role partners with the Director and teaching staff to implement an engaging educational experience for SCU faculty, students, and staff.
The position requires supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating admissions and enrollment activities while upholding licensing and safety

Hiring Range: $85,400 to $102,487/annual; Compensation will be based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role and internal equity.

The Assistant Director is full-time twelve-month position that requires working with the Director and Teachers to plan and implement an appropriate educational program. The Assistant Director assists the Director in daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Kids on Campus and to provide excellent services to faculty, students, and staff of SCU. Responsibilities include administering operations, promoting organizational goals, and building community relationships. The Assistant Director works with others in the community to support the KOC Mission and Vision.
Provides Work Direction: Trains, supervises, and schedules student staff and substitute teachers.
