Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of private investment vehicles and fund structures.
• Proven experience building or improving CRM systems, fundraising processes, and investor reporting.
• Experience working with Family Offices and HNW/UHNW investors is preferred.

A leading Boston-based venture capital firm is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to join its growing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced IR / capital formation professional to help build and scale a sophisticated fundraising platform across multiple investment strategies.

Compensation

$200K–$300K all-in + carry

Location

Remote/Hybrid; Boston candidates preferred
