The position requires a Master's degree and several years in higher education student services, with proficiency in CRM software

Formación

• Master's degree required.
• Three years of progressive experience in higher education student services.
• Experience in student services with a focus on diverse student populations preferred.
• Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software, preferably TargetX (Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee admissions and enrollment operations and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent the College at college fairs and recruitment visits.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase underrepresented enrollments.
• Collaborate with college stakeholders and assist students and families through admissions and financial aid processes.
• Monitor enrollment progress and prepare CRM reports to inform decision making.
