The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Graphic Design – Recruiting/Internal to create internal-facing graphics for Utah's Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Gymnastics programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for internal team operations and recruiting.
• Fulfill day-to-day creative requests from recruiting operations and staff.
• Create player graphics, practice content, and presentations.
• Assist in capturing team content during media days and events.
• Develop recruiting-related visuals and on-campus content.
• Support events with real-time design needs.
• Maintain brand alignment and templates.
• Collaborate with CBP and Athletics leadership.
