Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 2 PM to 10 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $23.00

Your Normal Day Duties:

• Complete reports based on observations of potential security, safety violations, or emergencies.
• Monitor, patrol, and perform equipment checks to maintain and secure the property.
• Uphold the company's reputation by maintaining high standards of service.
• Handle equipment carefully and ensure operational safety at shift start and end.
• Complete and review the Site Checklist to communicate shift activities.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter crime.
• Perform mobile patrols using a company truck to secure the perimeter.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by the client.

Successful Supervisor in this Role:

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Work with the public, providing directions and assistance around the property.
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exercise good judgment and maintain situational awareness.
• Have basic problem-solving skills.
• Promote a team-first attitude to facilitate task completion.
