Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership experience preferred.
• State Administrative or Director credential required or per state guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for children and staff, building trust and inclusivity.
• Ensure center environment meets health, safety, and licensing standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage current and prospective staff.
• Guide teachers in implementing the curriculum and engaging learning experiences.
• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Engage families through tours and community events to drive enrollment.
