You will collaborate across departments to align programs with policy, manage enrollment and staffing records, coach staff, and assist with licensing inspections and community engagement initiatives, while modeling strong communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in childcare management or leadership support roles.
• Knowledge of childcare regulations, licensing standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team aligned with the center's mission and values.
• Conduct staff meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to support staff success.
• Model professional communication and collaboration to maintain a positive work culture.
• Provide coaching on compliance, classroom quality, and professional growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, enrollment, HR, finance to ensure policy implementation.
