Children of America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant School Director to lead a team of educators and support staff, reporting to a School Director.

You will drive program quality across Infant through School Age care and ensure compliance with state regulations with a focus on student development and safety. The role requires a degree in early childhood education or related field and leadership experience in licensed childcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of licensed childcare facility experience.
• Advanced knowledge in early childhood education.
• Strong organizational skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and retain a talented team of educators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and COA standards.
• Drive enrollment growth and deliver high-quality curriculum.
• Oversee day-to-day operations using COA policies and processes.
• Meet performance standards outlined in the annual budget.
