The role focuses on enrollment management, licensing compliance, family engagement, and program development while coordinating budgeting, purchases, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, assistant directing, or operational leadership experience in an early childhood setting
• Strong administrative, operational, and financial acumen, including office management, purchasing, and vendor/billing experience
• Working knowledge of Colorado childcare licensing regulations
• Appreciation for the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the ability to communicate its value to families

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment management: tours, waitlist, onboarding and records
• Oversee licensing compliance, health & safety, and program coordination
• Coordinate finances: tuition payments, billing, subsidies, and budget adherence
• Support fundraising, grants, and program development with the ED
• Manage facilities, front desk, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate staff scheduling, coaching, and documentation time
• Foster family engagement and community partnerships
