New Horizon Academy in Edina, MN seeks an Assistant Director to lead and support our early childhood program. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration with children, families, and staff to foster a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.

Responsabilités

• Support and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff.
