Job Summary

As an Assistant Director of Dining Services II, you will assist with daily food service operations at a small to medium location. You will lead a team, manage talent development, client relationships, profitability, and support financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
  • Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Manage, train, and develop associates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory or lead food service experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Associate's degree preferred.
