Qualifications

• Master's degree required and Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialing through CDR is required.
• Two years of clinical nutrition or hospital management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership in education, policy development, and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Food and Nutrition Department's activities to align with Memorial Healthcare System goals.
• Maintain accreditation standards for the dietetic internship program (ACEND) including records and evaluation.
• Develop and manage budgets, pursue cost-saving initiatives, and oversee performance improvement.
• Provide education to interns, coordinate orientation, curriculum, and core competencies.
• Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and counsel dietetic interns; supervise staffing and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across clinical nutrition, patient services, and culinary areas.
