Position Overview

Apex is seeking an organized, high-energy, and growth-oriented Assistant Director of Developmental Programs to oversee our Risers and Ascend programs. This role is responsible for the overall execution, staffing, curriculum structure, marketing, and family communication for all youth developmental training. The ideal candidate combines strong administrative capabilities with an active court presence and a passion for introducing young athletes to the sport of volleyball in a positive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all program execution, staffing, curriculum, and athlete engagement for the Risers and Ascend programs.

Recruit, train, schedule, and support coaches and instructors for developmental sessions and clinics.
