Apex Volleyball is seeking an organized, high-energy Assistant Director of Developmental Programs to oversee the Risers and Ascend youth programs. You’ll run the curriculum, staff, marketing, and family communications with a hands-on presence in practices and camps.

Ideal candidates have coaching or playing background, experience in sports administration, and excellent communication. Join a positive, energetic environment that fosters growth for young athletes and families.

Qualifications

• Coaching or playing volleyball background and fundamentals.
• Experience in sports administration or youth programs.
• Strong organization and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and welcoming presence.
• Ability to lead coaching staff and align with values.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program execution, staffing, curriculum and athlete engagement for Risers and Ascend.
• Recruit, train, schedule and support coaches and instructors for sessions and clinics.
• Maintain high standards of instruction and age-appropriate drills.
• Partner with leadership and marketing to promote sessions and drive enrollment.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to parents and families.
• Manage admin logistics, court schedules, roster communications and check-ins.
• Represent Apex culture and values at practices, camps and events.
