Job Summary
The Assistant Director, Corporate Engagement manages existing corporate partnerships while helping to identify and cultivate new relationships. Primary responsibilities include increasing organization revenue through the growth of corporate partnerships that include expanding Children's Miracle Network Hospital (CMNH) partners as assigned. Coordinates and manages fundraising initiatives that support cause-related marketing, program support and sponsorships. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work on various projects simultaneously and a strong attention to detail.Pay Range
Minimum $53,955 Midpoint $80,912 Maximum $107,890Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
* Minimum Required: Minimum 2 years fundraising experience, or equivalent, in corporate
* Experience Preferred Desired: Cause marketing and volunteer management experience preferred

* Special Skills Minimum Required: High degree of professionalism, ability to represent CHOC Children's and interact with diverse corporations and individuals; excellent written and verbal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); must have own vehicle or access to one regularly; self-motivated and possess the ability to effectively multi-task; ability to work effectively under deadlines both independently and as part of a team; enjoys developing and maintaining professional relationships; entrepreneurial spirit and has the ability to develop new business opportunities; supportive of CHOC's mission, philosophy and values.
* Special Skills Desired Preferred: Experience with Raiser's Edge database; knowledge of principles and dynamics of development, inclusive of cultivation and stewardship.
