  • Set and protect the creative direction for all organic social content across the resort's flagship and venue-level accounts, ensuring every post reflects Wynn's brand voice, visual identity, and attention to detail.
  • Concept, greenlight, and produce platform-native content, including short-form vertical video, carousels, Stories, live coverage, and longer-form video for YouTube and Instagram, tailored to how audiences behave on each network rather than repurposed across all of them.
  • Build ownable recurring series and episodic formats that give followers a reason to come back, moving beyond one-off posts toward franchises with distinct characters, rituals, and storylines.
  • Lead on-site capture across restaurants, bars, lounges, nightlife, entertainment, The Spa at Wynn, retail, gaming, and special events, including real-time coverage of major moments.
  • Champion human-led storytelling by developing a team member content program that puts our chefs, sommeliers, artisans, performers, and service teams in front of the camera, with appropriate training, consent, and guidelines.
  • Develop and manage long-term creator and partner collaborations focused on storytelling quality, audience fit, and measurable return, in place of one-off sponsored posts.
  • Partner with Paid Media to supply, version, and test creative for paid social, using performance data to inform future organic creative.
  • Raise the craft standard of the team in editing, pacing, sound design, motion graphics, photography, and copywriting, and maintain a living creative playbook.

Content Strategy and Planning (approximately 25%)

  • Define content pillars and the specific role of each platform, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging networks, with a clear rationale for where we invest and where we do not.
  • Lead a social search strategy so our content is discoverable when people use social platforms, search engines, and AI assistants to research restaurants, shows, and things to do in Las Vegas, including keyword-informed captions, on-screen text, and alt text.
  • Manage an integrated editorial calendar that coordinates with public relations announcements, campaigns, website updates, and on-property events.
  • Translate press releases, openings, and major announcements into social-first launch plans developed in partnership with Public Relations and Corporate Communications.

Team Leadership and Collaboration (approximately 15%)

  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media managers, content producers, editors, and community specialists, with clearly defined roles and sustainable workloads.
  • Manage relationships, scopes, and budgets for agencies, freelance photographers and videographers, editors, and production partners.
  • Serve as the primary social creative partner to venue and department leaders, turning their goals into content plans.
  • Present creative concepts, strategy, and performance results to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

Insights, Measurement, and Optimization (approximately 15%)

  • Build a measurement framework that goes beyond follower counts to include watch time, completion rate, saves, shares, sentiment, share of voice, search visibility, and, where possible, attributed reservations, ticket sales, and room bookings.
  • -Use social listening as business intelligence, sharing timely insights about guest sentiment, trends, and competitor activity with restaurant, entertainment, hotel, and marketing leaders so they can act quickly.
  • Run a structured test-and-learn program covering formats, hooks, lengths, posting cadence, and creator partnerships, and document what works.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting with clear recommendations, not just results.
Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of experience in social media, content strategy, or creative production, including at least 3 years leading creative teams, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or a creative agency.
  • A portfolio of social-first work you directed or led, with results you can speak to.
