• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience required plus 5 years of related experience.
• Master's degree or advanced degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience in academic medicine, healthcare marketing, or nonprofit environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with HICCC’s vision and priorities.
• Oversee editorial planning, newsletters, and external communications for patients and donors.
• Manage media relations and promotional materials highlighting research and clinical milestones.
• Plan and promote events, scientific symposia, lectures, and organizational gatherings.
• Build strategic partnerships with external health and scientific groups and donor relations teams.
