Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee clubhouse operations, engage with members, and promote program development in line with the Clubhouse philosophy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience with individuals facing mental health challenges, and strong communication skills.

This role offers a dynamic work environment with responsibilities that include supervising staff, facilitating member placements, and ensuring engagement at various social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in vocational or job placement.
• Prior non-clinical experience with individuals with mental illness.
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote program development and engage members in clubhouse tasks.
• Supervise staff and members in different employment types.
• Track monthly statistical reports and prepare program reviews.

Formation

Bachelor's degree
