Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology school.
• 5 years of Diagnostic Radiology experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong communication, reliability, and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes work schedules, staffing, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises personnel hiring, training, and grievance resolution.
• Maintains departmental records and supply levels within budget.
• Ensures proper patient preparation, comfort, and privacy during procedures.
• Verifies patient information, orders, and procedure accuracy.
• Maintains departmental competencies, attends meetings, and supports workflow adjustments.

Demonstrates flexibility to workload, punctuality, and team collaboration. Promotes positive communication with staff, physicians, and patients.
