This role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and program quality—recruiting and retaining qualified team members, promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth, and upholding state requirements for licensing and education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
