Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• At least two years in a leadership role in a childcare center.
• Knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish; proficient in basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in supervising and training staff and maintaining staffing levels.
