Job summary

KinderCare in Glenview, IL seeks an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading teaching staff, engaging families, and driving enrollment and operations.

You will partner with parents to provide the best care and education, cultivate relationships with licensing authorities and community partners, and step into multiple roles as needed. The role requires experience, communication, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required, with understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and classroom implementation.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
