Santa Clara University is seeking an Assistant Director, Annual Giving (Class Giving Officer) to lead reunion class campaigns, coordinate volunteer recruitment, and drive annual leadership gifts. This role works hybrid, split between campus and home, reporting to University Relations within Development, Alumni Relations, and Marketing.

The position requires 2–5 years fundraising experience and a Bachelor's degree, with gifts ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.

Formación

• Experience with soliciting annual gifts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 and managing volunteers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with Development staff.
• Commitment to higher education and ability to articulate support for undergraduate education and student life.
• Knowledge of Santa Clara University and its mission helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute high-end annual fundraising campaigns for 2–4 undergraduate reunion classes.
• Identify, recruit, train and solicit 70–100 reunion volunteers annually.
• Coordinate solicitation strategies with Major, Principal, and Planned Gifts teams.
• Personally cultivate and steward high-level prospects resulting in leadership gifts.
