Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• New York State Medical Licensure or eligibility; active license required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead surgical pathology sign-out and supervise designated laboratory functions.
• Provide teaching and mentorship to medical students and residents.
• Participate in frozen section consultations, autopsy services, and cytopathology sign-out as assigned.
• Contribute to scholarly activities, education, and quality improvement.
• Coordinate and lead pathology electives for medical students; present case discussions.
