Job summary

LearningRx, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to be the welcoming face of our centers, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience for students and families. This role supports the center director, coordinates operations, and drives sales initiatives through proactive client engagement.

With a focus on teamwork and positivity, the Assistant Director coordinates scheduling, maintains client files, coordinates events, and supports marketing efforts to grow the center's reach and impact.

Company Overview

LearningRx centers are part of a brain training system specializing in targeting and training cognitive skills for people of all ages through research‑based programs. Our one‑on‑one trainers put students through a rigorous (but fun) set of training exercises to target an individual’s core thinking and learning skills.

Job Summary

The Assistant Director is a vital link in the process of serving the students and families we work with. This person is the first face our clients see when entering our center, and they work to make the client’s experience with us smooth and efficient. While client and family interaction is a large portion of their responsibility, they also serve as a liaison between staff members helping to create an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and positivity.

Responsibilities
  • Set a warm, friendly tone for the center

  • Monday – Friday, 12 noon to 8 pm, with occasional after‑hours, networking, and 1–2 Saturday events per year.
