Job summary

La Petite Academy in Palmdale, CA seeks an Assistant Director to support the School Director in safe, effective operation and growth of the learning program. You will promote social, physical, and intellectual development while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $24.58 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
