Learning Care Group seeks an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, and to assume sole responsibility in the Director's absence. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Key requirements include 21+ years old, leadership within licensed childcare, and a high school diploma or equivalent; state requirements must be met. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:
