Your Role as an Assistant Director

Requirements

• Are at least 18 years old, can successfully pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center. Education in Early Childhood Education is a big plus!
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
